Accurately interpret concepts and meanings according to established standards, without omissions or additions. Maintain clear communication in both languages, using proper pronunciation and polite expressions. Demonstrate professionalism, impartiality, and emotional balance during all interactions, while following customer instructions and terminology guidelines to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
