Job Title: AI Visual Storytelling Designer/AI Creative Producer About the Role Our client company (a US-based Creative Agency) is looking for 2–3 highly creative AI-native talents who can combine generative AI, motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling to create modern, high-performing social content for brands and ventures. This is not a traditional graphic design or video editing role. We are looking for creatives who deeply understand internet aesthetics, AI-powered workflows, cinematic social visuals, and short-form content that captures attention immediately. You will work across AI-generated imagery, motion graphics, editing, creative direction, and experimental visual concepts to produce premium content similar to the examples below: - Fast-paced visual storytelling - AI-generated cinematic visuals - Social-first brand content - Stylized motion design - Creative AI advertising assets - Premium/High-end startup and venture-style aesthetics Responsibilities - Create visually compelling AI-powered social content for Instagram and paid ads - Produce short-form videos using AI-generated visuals, motion graphics, editing, and sound design - Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas from briefs or creative direction - Use generative AI tools to create unique imagery, animations, environments, and visual sequences - Edit high-quality content with strong pacing, transitions, typography, and cinematic composition - Stay up to date with AI creative trends, social content trends, and emerging tools - Maintain strong brand aesthetics and visual consistency across projects - Iterate quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment Ideal Candidate - Strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated visuals, motion graphics, or cinematic social content - Experience creating modern social-first creative content for startups, agencies, brands, or creators - Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, typography, and internet culture - Ability to combine creativity with execution speed - Self-directed, proactive, and highly collaborative - Strong aesthetic taste and attention to detail - Comfortable experimenting with new creative workflows and AI tools Preferred Tools & Skills Experience with several of the following: - Runway - Midjourney - CapCut - Kling AI - Sora - Pika - Generative AI workflows - Motion graphics and animation - Short-form content editing - Creative direction - Storyboarding and concept development - Sound design and pacing - Brand storytelling Nice to Have - Experience creating paid social creatives or performance marketing content - Understanding of viral short-form content frameworks - Experience with 3D or experimental visual workflows - Familiarity with creative automation workflows
