Finance & Treasury Specialist - Treasury, Accounts Payables & ReceivablesHybrid role/ Office - Sao PauloThe roleAs the Finance and Treasury Specialist you will support the Brazil Subsidiary/ Other Latam Distributor market in the area of Treasury, Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables. You will coordinate and oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Treasury/ Payment operations, ensuring cash flow accuracy, timely settlement of financial obligations, and efficient collection processes. This role is responsible for coordinating the activities of the operational team, optimizing internal controls and processes, managing banking relationships.Responsibilities:Cash Flow & Treasury Management : Monitor daily cash positions, oversee all payment releases, and manage banking relationships to optimize liquidity and transaction costs.Accounts Payable (AP) Oversight : Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, employee expenses, and tax payments, maintaining strict compliance with internal approval workflows.Work with the central team to manage intercompany payments and payment forecasts.Accounts Receivable (AR) & Credit Control: Oversee the billing process, monitor aging reports, implement effective collection strategies to reduce overdue, and manage credit limits.Process Optimization and Internal Controls: Identify opportunities to automate routines, streamline financial workflows, and strengthen internal controls to mitigate fraud risks and errors.Financial Reconciliation & Month-End Close: Guarantee accurate bank and ledger reconciliations, collaborating closely with the Accounting and FP&A teams for timely month-end closing.Reporting & KPIs: Develop and present financial dashboards, management reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support executive decision-making.Experience/ Qualifications:Degree level educated (Accounting and Finance, Administration, or similar)3+ years relevant experience in a similar roleExperience in SAP modulesIdeally experience of working within an industrial industry such as Automotive, manufacturing or similarYou must be able to speak English to a professional levelRoyal Enfield - About UsThe oldest motorcycle brand in continuous production, Royal Enfield has created beautifully crafted motorcycles since 1901.
