Daily activities include partnering with hiring managers to understand headcount needs, defining selection criteria, and ensuring a consistent, fair, and inclusive hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Analyst will help strengthen employer branding by promoting the company across digital channels, events, and partnerships with universities and other talent communities.
