Application Operations & Maintenance Engineer (Application Support Engineer) São Paulo, Brazil (Cidade Monções) | Full-time | On-site Join ThunderSoft and support enterprise-level application systems in a fast-paced international environment. We are looking for experienced Application O&M Engineers who are passionate about system stability, troubleshooting, automation, and technical support. What You'll Do • Maintain and support daily operations of enterprise application systems • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application/system issues • Support application deployment, upgrades, and environment maintenance • Perform system health checks and proactively identify risks • Collaborate with development teams on testing and production support • Maintain technical documentation, operation manuals, and system records • Provide technical support to internal teams and customers Requirements • 3+ years of experience in Application Support / Operations / System Administration • Familiar with Linux/Windows server environments • Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Nagios • Knowledge of automation or scripting tools (Ansible / Shell / Python preferred) • Experience with database management (MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle, etc.) • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Good communication and teamwork abilities • Fluent English communication skills Nice to Have • ITIL knowledge or related certifications • RHCE / MCSE / AWS / Azure certifications • Experience in multinational or large enterprise environments • Additional language skills such as Chinese, Spanish, Malay, German, or Arabic Why Join? • International working environment • Exposure to enterprise-scale systems and operations • Career growth and technical development opportunities • Collaborative global technical teams
