We're Hiring: Technical Sales – Power, Cooling & Fit-out | Latin America (Brazil-based) At Vertiv, we are looking for a highly driven Technical Sales Professional to support the growth of our Power, Cooling, and Fit-out solutions across Latin America. This role plays a key position in expanding our presence in strategic accounts and strengthening relationships with engineering firms, consultants, contractors, and key clients across the region. What you'll be doing: Drive business growth and achieve company targets Support account planning and engagement strategies for key clients Contribute to technical proposals, design documentation, and commercial offers Manage key accounts in partnership with global support teams Represent Vertiv in customer meetings and factory visits Promote industry awareness through participation in events and presentations Provide technical support to the sales team, including customer-facing presentations Lead customer communications and technical discussions Contribute to new product development (NPD) initiatives Provide market feedback to support product improvements and roadmap decisions What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics or related fields preferred) Alternatively, a degree in Business or related areas combined with strong technical knowledge Experience in B2B sales within the Data Center industry Strong technical knowledge of 3-phase AC power systems and applications Solid understanding of market dynamics and industry trends Experience working with complex RFQ processes Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to manage challenging customer relationships and solve technical problems Intermediate level of English Additional details: Travel required: approximately 50% Work model: office + field engagement If you are passionate about technology, sales, and building strong relationships in the critical infrastructure space, we want to hear from you!
