Key Responsibilities - Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance - Prepare forecasts (cost, revenue, cash flow) - Analyze variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions - Support project manager and accounting manager with financial planning and control - Ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting in ERP systems - Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields - Experience in Accounting and bookkeeping - Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting - Excel skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Good communication and stakeholder management skills - Intermediate English - Available for travel in Brazil and Latin America
