Captain A320 ✈️ Full-Time
An international airline is seeking an experienced A320 Captain to lead flight operations and ensure the safe, secure, and efficient management of commercial aircraft operations. Role Overview
The A320 Captain holds ultimate responsibility for the safe operation of the aircraft, crew, passengers, and cargo. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to maintain operational efficiency while adhering to strict safety and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Flight Command & Safety
Maintain full command of the aircraft from taxi-out through to final engine shutdown
Ensure the safety and security of passengers, crew, cargo, and aircraft at all times
Operate the aircraft in compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures
Crew Leadership
Lead and coordinate flight and cabin crew throughout the flight
Demonstrate strong crew resource management and effective decision-making
Maintain high standards of professionalism and operational discipline
Operational Performance
Deliver consistent on-time performance and reliable flight operations
Manage flight efficiency in line with environmental and fuel policies
Ensure all flight operations align with organisational safety and service standards
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Minimum 5,500 total flying hours
Minimum 2,500 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours on multi-crew glass cockpit aircraft
Minimum 1,500 PIC hours on the A320 family
A320 family aircraft flown within the last 12 months
Valid A320 type rating with at least two months validity at the time of joining
Unrestricted and current ICAO ATPL
Current Class 1 medical certificate
English language proficiency level 4 or higher
Additional consideration may be given to candidates who are current TRE or TRI instructors .
Note: For flights involving inflight relief, 75% of the total hours may count toward minimum hour requirements.
