What Makes This Role Exciting This is a high-impact role where you'll build and manage Keeta's merchant network in Brazil. You'll have significant autonomy, direct ownership of business outcomes, and the opportunity to shape how Keeta operates on the ground, combining startup speed with the resources of a global platform. What You'll Do Commercial Strategy & Implementation: Design and execute commercial frameworks for merchant onboarding, including pricing models, performance incentives, and growth roadmaps tailored to each partner's profile. Merchant Performance: Own end-to-end partner performance, establishing KPIs, conducting regular business reviews, and driving continuous improvement in service quality, delivery efficiency, and partner profitability. Merchant Enablement: Develop and deliver onboarding programs and ongoing training to ensure partners meet Keeta's operational standards, including service protocols, technology adoption, and quality benchmarks. Market Intelligence: Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and operations infrastructure to inform strategic decisions and identify high-potential partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Product, Finance) to align partner capabilities with business needs, resolve operational challenges, and unlock growth opportunities. What We Need From You Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field. Experience in business development, logistics operations, or B2B commercial partnerships, preferably in delivery, food service, retail, or FMCG sectors. Proven track record of building and scaling partner networks, with strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills. Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, managing multiple partners simultaneously. Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs and business metrics to drive partner performance. Fluent English (written and verbal).
