Looking for a Strategic Sales Manager to join our New Business team. This role sits at the intersection of sales, business development, strategy, and market intelligence, focusing on identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving business growth. We are looking for someone with a strong consultative approach, business acumen, and the ability to connect cultural, behavioral, and market insights to relevant commercial opportunities. This person will play a key role in expanding Box's presence in the market, leading strategic conversations with clients and helping organizations translate emerging transformations into innovation and growth. This is a highly autonomous role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, creating opportunities, and representing the company in strategic meetings, events, and industry discussions. Responsibilitie sLead new business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing strategic commercial opportunities .Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to proposal development and deal closure .Conduct consultative and strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and decision-makers .Develop and refine commercial proposals and strategic narratives in partnership with internal teams .Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key market stakeholders .Support the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring alignment between client expectations and project execution .Monitor pipeline performance, business opportunities, and market movements to continuously improve commercial strategies .Represent Box at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings .
