For more information, click here.Role reports to: GER PLANEJAMENTO SR Location: Latin America, Brazil, Sao Paulo, Sao Jose dos Campos Work Location: Hybrid What you will doAs a Supply Planning Manager , you will drive strategic and operational planning, ensuring the effective translation of demand into feasible and optimized supply plans across internal manufacturing sites. Manage the end-to-end planning routines , governing the integration and consistency across Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Detailed Schedulind (DS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes, been also accountable for delivering Service Levels while optimizing the balance between capacity, inventory, and cost, leading cross-functional trade-offs and scenario-based decisions within IBP/S&OP forums. Additionally, you will oversee supply risk management, ensure a closed-loop planning process, and drive inventory health—including SLOB management —while developing planning capabilities and influencing main stakeholders.This role will also be responsible for Long-Term Capacity Planning (LTCP) execution, aligned with Kenvue's 3-Year Operating Plan (3YOP), translating strategic growth assumptions into capacity, footprint, and capability requirements.ResponsibilitiesLead strategic capacity planning (LTCP) aligned with the 3YOP, translating long-term needs into actionable supply plansIntegrate end-to-end planning , ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial plansDrive trade-off decisions balancing service level, inventory, SLOB and cost through structured governanceOversee operational supply planning , including production, capacity, and material availabilityMonitor performance and drive continuous improvement across key KPIs (service, inventory, utilization)Lead team and stakeholder alignment , influencing cross-functional decisions across the networkWhat we are looking for :Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Enginerring, Business Administration, Supply Chain or other related areas.Strong experience in Supply Planning / Production Planning within manufacturing environmentsProven experience in:Capacity planning, Inventory management / SLOB and complex trade-off decision-makingCross-functional planning processes (IBP/S&OE)Requires experience with ERP (SAP) and APS (OMP) routine / systemsDemonstrated people leadership , with experience building, and developing high-performing teamsStrong communication, lead through influence and storytelling skillsProven problem-solving and decision-making skills , especially under ambiguity and supply constraintsStrong collaboration and stakeholder management , fostering alignment across areasFluent English is required.Spanish is desirable.If you are an individual with a disability, please check our Disability Assistance page for information on how to request an accommodation.
