Your missions
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Ensure the reliability of accounts and compliance with international and local accounting standards
- Supervise all accounting operations in your scope: receivable, payable, and general accounting
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management
- Ensure the financial statement validation without reserve by Auditors
- Facilitate and drive continuous process improvements, aiming to automate and streamline procedures wherever possible
- Act as a technical leader, training and developing the team's skills
- Actively participate in ERP migration projects and the improvement of financial information systems
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management
- Mitigate financial risks through the implementation of effective internal control
- Calculate monthly and year end corporate taxes
Your profile
- Strong experience in accounting, minimum 4 years or in a related field (e.G. audit) preferably in a multinational company
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management tools
- Experience with generative AI tools is a plus
- Academic background: degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- English and Spanish fluent
