Deeply explore customer needs, advance project cooperation, and achieve continuous business expansion.Team Business Guidance: Provide business guidance to team members, share industry experience and sales skills, and help improve the overall team capabilities and goal achievement.Job RequirementsEducation Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with no restrictions on majors.Work Experience: Over 3 years of sales experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry, with proven expertise in key account sales and regional market operation.Professional Knowledge: Familiar with business knowledge related to procurement, sales, and planning in the manufacturing industry, with an understanding of industry market trends and business processes.Competencies: Excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills, strong decision-making and judgment abilities, and market insight. High resilience to pressure, result-oriented, and able to travel for work as needed.
