Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) Consultant to lead end-toend O2C processes. This role is critical for designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions that support revenue growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency within a manufacturing environment. This is a senior, hands-on role. We are targeting a consultant who can design, configure, and influence business decisions in a complex transformation environment, rather than a standard staff augmentation profile.Key Responsibilities- Solution Design & Architecture : Lead the design of SAP S/4HANA O2C solutions, including Sales Order Management, Pricing and Conditions, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns.- Implementation & Configuration: Configure SAP SD modules in both ECC and S/4HANA environments.- System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SD, FI, MM, and logistics/warehouse operations.- Project Delivery: Collaborate with project managers to define scope and deliverables, leading workshops with sales and finance stakeholders through all project phases.- Business Liaison : Act as a key liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve order processing efficiency and leverage S/4HANA in-memory capabilities for real-time insights.Technical & Professional Requirements- Seniority: Senior Consultant / Lead level, with 5+ years of experience preferred.- SAP Expertise: Deep expertise in SAP SD (ECC + S/4HANA).- Core Skills: Mandatory experience with Pricing and Billing, Sales Order Processing, and Credit Management.- Industry Experience: Mandatory experience in Manufacturing. Experience in the Automotive industry is a strong plus.- Project History: Participation in at least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.- Language: Fluent English is mandatory for both business and technical communication. - Soft Skills: Ability to lead workshops, influence business decisions, and maintain a customer-centric, process-driven approach.
