Key responsibilities
- Support the control of inbound and outbound goods in the warehouse and stock area;
- Assist in issuing, checking, and controlling invoices for inbound, outbound, transfer, and return operations;
- Support inventory monitoring and stock control updates;
- Track orders, deliveries, and logistics movements;
- Assist in organizing logistics documents and operational instructions;
- Provide support in communication with suppliers, clients, carriers, and internal departments;
- Support the monitoring of delivery deadlines and operational efficiency;
- Assist in preparing reports and Excel controls;
- Support the administrative routines of the logistics department;
- Follow internal procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields;
- Interest in working in logistics and supply chain areas;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible profile;
- English will be considered a differential.
