We're Hiring: Application Development & Support Specialist | Sorocaba, Brazil (On-site) At Vertiv, we are looking for a talented Application Development & Support Specialist to support and optimize our Oracle R12 environment . This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise, data analytics, and business understanding , and enjoys working in a dynamic and high-impact environment. What you'll be doing: Provide Level 2 & Level 3 support for Oracle R12 across Finance, Operations, and Commercial areas Perform structured troubleshooting (PL SQL validation, log analysis, interface reconciliation) Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions Support critical business cycles (month-end close, financial reporting, tax processes) Ensure compliance with SLAs and change management procedures Maintain system stability, data integrity, and governance standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and system performance What we're looking for: Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and database management Advanced knowledge of SQL / PL SQL Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Oracle preferred) Understanding of data governance and system architecture Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience with Excel and reporting tools Knowledge of JSON and data structures is a plus Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields Additional details: Location: Sorocaba, São Paulo Work model: 100% on-site If you are passionate about technology, data, and improving business processes through systems, we'd love to hear from you!
