Key responsibilities: - Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new partnership opportunities from Tourism Boards, Hotels, Cruises and other Tourism Products - Prepare the marketing / sales plan in alignment with partner's requirements and budgets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives. - Coordinate and manage multiple partnership projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery. - Complete responsibility of managing day to day activities for partners - Engaging with travel agents to promote partner brands, manage on ground activities, promote uptake of the product - Plan and execute innovative marketing strategies, joint promotions with agents. Solicit participation from private sector partners in promoting the de - Coordinating with marketing and design team to timely launch the communication as per the proposal campaign. - Provide robust reporting of the campaign deliverables. - Monitoring the campaign health regularly. Experience and Skills Required: The ideal candidate should have impeccable communication skills and should be presentable. They will be responsible for handling deliverables of multiple marketing campaigns signed up. - 4-6 Years of overall Work-Experience, with Minimum 4 years in Travel Industry. - Experience of either working with a Tourism Board, Tourism Representation Firm or in Tourism partnership role with a travel company, is a must. - Excellent track record at building relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels - A master at juggling different projects simultaneously - An understanding of the travel industry and how to sell destinations. - Experience in Advertisement industry is welcomed.
