Senior Azure Data Engineer (Databricks / Delta Lake) We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong experience in Big Data environments on Azure to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines within a Lakehouse architecture in the financial sector. What you will do Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines on Azure Work with Azure Data Lake (ADLS Gen2) as the central data repository Implement data models based on the Common Data Model Process large-scale data using Databricks (Spark / PySpark) Manage data using Delta Lake (ACID transactions, versioning) Enable data consumption through Databricks SQL Integrate data with APIs and upstream/downstream systems What we are looking for Solid experience in Data Engineering / Big Data Strong hands-on experience with: Azure (Data Lake, Data Factory, Databricks; Synapse is a plus) Python / PySpark Advanced SQL Solid understanding of Lakehouse architectures Experience with Delta Lake Strong knowledge of data modeling Experience working in regulated environments (financial sector is a plus) Nice to have Knowledge of Common Data Model Experience with Azure DevOps / CI/CD pipelines Background in banking, risk, or regulatory reporting Work Model Hybrid (3 days onsite – Morumbi, São Paulo) What We Offer Career path, mentorship, and training in modern recruiting practices.
