In this role, you'll be a key driver of how we grow our people and shape the way we work together — building learning ecosystems and culture programs that scale with a fast-moving organization. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and knows how to turn ideas into programs that actually stick.What You'll DoChampion and evolve our organizational culture, ensuring it remains a competitive advantage as the company growsDesign and lead initiatives that reinforce our values in day-to-day work — from onboarding to team rituals and beyondPartner with leadership and cross-functional teams to embed cultural practices across all levels of the organizationMeasure culture health and continuously iterate based on feedback and dataBuild and manage end-to-end learning journeys for key talent segments (new hires, individual contributors, managers, leaders)Identify capability gaps and design scalable programs — whether in-person, digital, or blendedAct as a strategic thought partner to HR Business Partners and senior leaders on people development topicsManage budgets, timelines, and vendors with a results-oriented mindsetBuild buy-in for culture and learning initiatives across a diverse, often distributed workforceWhat We're Looking for10+ years of experience in L&D, organizational culture, or talent developmentProven track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments — internet, tech, or similarly dynamic industries strongly preferredExperience designing and scaling learning programs from scratch, not just inheriting and maintainingStrong facilitation and communication skills — you're as comfortable in a workshop as in a C-suite conversationData-driven mindset: you measure what matters and use it to improveAbility to navigate ambiguity and operate independently with minimal structureExperience working across cultures or in multinational environments is a plusFluency in English required; additional languagesWhat Makes You Stand OutYou've built something from 0 to 1 — a program, a culture initiative, an L&D functionYou understand that culture isn't a campaign — it's behavior, reinforceYou're energized by change, not slowed down by it.
