Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Strategy: Monitor core KPIs (GMV, AOV, Order Frequency, etc.), identify growth bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights to local leadership.Operational Optimization: Design and refine operational workflows for the marketplace (Supply/Demand balance) to improve delivery efficiency and user experience.Data Management: Build data dashboards and use SQL/Excel to track campaign performance.Project Management: Lead end-to-end operational projects.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between local sales teams, global product teams, and etc.Merchant & Campaign Management: Develop strategies to improve merchant quality and design promotional activities that maximize platform efficiency.RequirementsIndustry Experience: Minimum of 3–10 years of professional experience, ideally in the Food Delivery or E-commerce sectors.Analytical Prowess: Proficiency in data tools (Excel is a must; SQL, Tableau, or Python is highly preferred). You should be comfortable turning raw data into a narrative.Business Acumen: Ability to understand complex business models and market dynamics in the local region.Execution & Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex projects in a fast-paced, \"startup\" environment.Soft Skills: Strong cross-departmental communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multicultural teams across different time zones.Language: Fluency in English and the local language (e.g., Portuguese) is required. Mandarin is a significant plus.
