We are looking for dynamic, hands-on Senior Consultants to strengthen our Information Systems & Digital team in São Paulo . Your experience, expertise, and commitment will be key to helping our clients tackle their most complex digital transformation challenges. You will work as a Senior SAP Consultant , focused on SAP MM/SD with strong expertise in import processes . Main responsibilities: - Lead digital transformation projects in Supply Chain , with a focus on SAP SD/MM and specialization in import processes . - Drive continuous improvement and end-to-end process integration initiatives in SAP S/4HANA environments. - Work across the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering , solution design , configuration , testing , training , and deployment . - Integrate SAP ERP with legacy systems, enabling automation , standardization , and process optimization . - Manage integration activities across multiple systems , leveraging artificial intelligence tools to optimize processes and support decision-making. - Support master data governance and data migration activities in planning and rollout projects. - Coordinate and engage multifunctional and global teams , ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners. Qualifications: - Strong experience in global SAP SD/MM implementations and digital transformation projects . - Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA , integrations with legacy systems, and solid expertise in import processes . - Background in end-to-end process improvement and integration , preferably in complex, multinational environments. - Experience across the full SAP project lifecycle: requirements gathering , solution design , configuration , integrated/UAT testing , cutover , and post go-live support . - Advanced English for conversation, global meetings, and interaction with international stakeholders.
