We are currently looking for an Inventory & Logistics Team Leader (Team Leader -Gaming Equipment Administrator ) to manage gaming equipment operations and ensure efficient control, tracking, and availability of all items within our studio environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee inventory management and warehouse operations for gaming equipment Maintain accurate stock control, tracking systems, and inventory records (cards, dice, roulette wheels, etc.) Ensure timely distribution and availability of equipment across gaming tables and studio areas Coordinate equipment replacement, stock replenishment, and lifecycle management Manage orders, supplies, and logistics processes efficiently Supervise and support the team, organizing workflows and ensuring productivity Monitor and analyze inventory KPIs, stock levels, and operational performance Prepare and deliver reports and documentation to management Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and supply chain processes Advanced Excel skills (reporting, tracking, data analysis) Experience working with inventory systems or ERP tools Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Availability to work in rotating shifts (24/7 environment) Advanced English level Nice to Have Experience in high-volume operations or fast-paced environments Background in iGaming, casino, or similar industries Experience managing audits or inventory controls What We Offer Competitive salary International work environment Career growth opportunities Learning and development programs - Local de trabalho: São Paulo, SP - Regime de contratação de tipo: Efetivo – CLT - Jornada: Período Integral - Área e especialização profissional: Logística - Logística - Nível hierárquico: Supervisor
