Focused on long-term Web3 ecosystem development, they are now expanding their South America business centered in Brazil and looking for high-potential BD talents to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, outreach and close partnerships with top crypto projects and KOLs across South America.
- Evaluate target projects on value proposition, team strength, commercial traction and market competitiveness.
- Develop customized cooperation plans including incentive programs, marketing & technical support, and cross-ecosystem resource matching.
- Monitor partnership performance metrics, optimize campaign effectiveness and collect partner/community feedback.
- Independently drive strategic BD projects and ad hoc initiatives to achieve business goals.
Job Requirements
- Strong passion for digital asset industry; familiar with DeFi protocols, AMM and lending mechanisms
- 2+ years of experience in blockchain BD, crypto research or consulting, ideally with CEX background
- Proficient in financial analysis, business modeling and ROI calculation
- Self-driven, accountable with strong communication and negotiation skills
