IT Infrastructure Lead – São Paulo, Brazil Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Onsite) 04636-000 Duration: Long Term Ongoing Contract Pay Rate: USD $3,900/month The IT Infrastructure Lead will coordinate a small team responsible for core infrastructure operations and improvements, ensuring alignment with technical goals, compliance with change management and security protocols, and smooth collaboration across global teams. This hands-on role involves leadership, planning, and cross-functional coordination to maintain and enhance compute, storage, network, and related IT systems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and guide a small infrastructure team across compute, storage, and network domains - Coordinate infrastructure tasks, timelines, and dependencies - Facilitate change windows, maintenance schedules, and upgrades with stakeholders - Track and escalate risks, issues, and blockers with recommended actions - Maintain documentation, dashboards, and status reports - Support vendor coordination for hardware logistics, remote hands, and service delivery - Organize and lead team standups, working sessions, and stakeholder updates Required Qualifications: - Advanced English - Experience leading infrastructure initiatives in hybrid or co-managed environments - Solid understanding of servers, virtualization, storage, networking, DNS, and monitoring - Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet - Strong communication and documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences - Ability to manage priorities across time zones and work independently Nice to Have: - Familiarity with ITIL, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices - Experience with CMDB and inventory tools
