About the Role
VirtuAll VA is hiring an SDR / AI Outreach Operator to support our outbound sales system. This is not a basic cold calling role. We are looking for someone who can handle outreach, manage HubSpot tasks, review AI-generated work, update KPI trackers, and help operate a growing AI-powered sales system.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects across multiple industries
- Send and manage email and LinkedIn outreach
- Update HubSpot contacts, tasks, notes, and deal stages
- Review AI-generated lead research, notes, and outreach drafts
- Manually update daily KPI tracking sheets
- Compare SDR-reported activity against AI/system-reported activity
- Help revise scripts, templates, and workflows
- Follow approved outreach cadences
- Flag incorrect AI outputs or CRM issues
- Provide daily activity and performance updates
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Cold calling or outbound sales experience
- Comfortable using HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Strong Google Sheets skills
- Comfortable working with AI tools
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to follow structured workflows
- Comfortable reviewing and correcting system-generated work
- Basic technical ability with templates, spreadsheet formulas, and simple workflow logic
Nice to Have
- Experience with App Script
- Experience with AI automation tools
- Experience with B2B lead generation
- Experience selling services to real estate, property management, construction, mortgage, finance, or professional service companies
Ideal Candidate
- The ideal candidate is part SDR, part operations assistant, and part AI system operator. They can make calls, manage follow-ups, keep HubSpot clean, and help us make sure the AI system is producing accurate work.

Salary: $R3,500 Monthly + Commission & Bonus Structure
