Here, you will contribute to a world-class enterprise, leverage intelligent technologies to fulfill our green mission, and become a driving force for social progress.About the RoleThis role is responsible for managing the financial risks of our overseas subsidiary, establishing financial systems that comply with local regulations, and formulating annual financial plans in alignment with headquarters' strategic goals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and control financial risks for the overseas subsidiary; establish financial systems tailored to local country conditions and regulations.Based on headquarters' overall strategic plans, prepare the local subsidiary's annual financial plan and control standards; formulate and revise financial policies and procedures by integrating both headquarters requirements and local practices.Lead the establishment of a local tax compliance system, develop external tax advisory channels, and build strong relationships with relevant government agencies, external auditors, banks, and tax advisory institutions. Ensure all financial operations are compliant and properly localized.Lead the review of accounting vouchers, accurately maintain various subsidiary ledgers, and compile and post to the general ledger based on verified vouchers.Oversee the preparation of accounting vouchers and account books, and ensure proper bookkeeping, closing, and reconciliation.Analyze and consolidate financial statements to provide sound decision-making support for management.Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.QualificationsFluency in Mandarin and a strong understanding of Chinese business culture are essential for effective coordination with headquarters in China.Must be legally authorized to work in the role's location without requiring visa sponsorship.Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance; intermediate accounting title required.
