We are looking for experienced Application O&M Engineers who are passionate about system stability, troubleshooting, automation, and technical support.What You'll Do• Maintain and support daily operations of enterprise application systems• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application/system issues• Support application deployment, upgrades, and environment maintenance• Perform system health checks and proactively identify risks• Collaborate with development teams on testing and production support• Maintain technical documentation, operation manuals, and system records• Provide technical support to internal teams and customersRequirements• 3+ years of experience in Application Support / Operations / System Administration• Familiar with Linux/Windows server environments• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Nagios• Knowledge of automation or scripting tools (Ansible / Shell / Python preferred)• Experience with database management (MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle, etc.)• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills• Good communication and teamwork abilities• Fluent English communication skillsNice to Have• ITIL knowledge or related certifications• RHCE / MCSE / AWS / Azure certifications• Experience in multinational or large enterprise environments• Additional language skills such as Chinese, Spanish, Malay, German, or ArabicWhy Join?• International working environment• Exposure to enterprise-scale systems and operations• Career growth and technical development opportunities• Collaborative global technical teams
