The Opportunity CHEP Brazil is looking for a People Leader – Logistics Execution to lead nationwide logistics execution, ensuring outstanding customer service, operational excellence, and disciplined cost management. This role is ideal for a senior logistics leader who enjoys managing complexity, leading teams at scale, and driving continuous improvement in fast-paced environments. What You'll Be Responsible For Lead and develop a team of Logistics Execution Analysts and Coordinators, building a high-performance and results-driven culture. Own logistics execution performance across the country, balancing service levels and cost-to-serve. Manage an annual logistics budget, including reviews, reconciliations, and efficiency initiatives. Drive root cause analysis and cross-functional solutions to improve service reliability and reduce risks. Oversee carrier performance in collaboration with the Carrier Management team. Act as the key logistics interface for internal stakeholders and customers. Define and track critical KPIs including DIFOT, CIFOT, NPS, truck fill rate, logistics cost, savings initiatives, and decarbonization. Partner closely with Planning, Operations, Sales, Finance, and Asset teams in a matrix organization. Scope & Impact Team leadership: 11 team members (3 direct reports). Geographical scope: Nationwide (single-country operation). Decision-making: Senior leadership role with autonomy to resolve complex operational challenges. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. 8+ years of experience in logistics within industrial or complex supply chain environments. 5+ years of people leadership experience. Fluent English (required). Nice to Have MBA or postgraduate studies. Exposure to AI / advanced analytics tools in a business context. Intermediate Spanish.
